60-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Migraine Relief Cap — and feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@lumora.com with your order details.
  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund or replacement.

Refunds:
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after your return is received.

Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
